Green Anaconda
Green Anacondas live in wetlands and river basins through tropical South America. They like shallow, moving water like streams, rivers, and flooded grasslands.
These incredible snakes don’t have venom, so they wait for their prey to get close. Then, they lunge, catch the prey in their jaws, and wind their muscular bodies around their prey. They will eat almost anything, including birds and their eggs, other reptiles and amphibians, fish, and mammals.

Time for a Challenge
Can you create a Green Anaconda?
Make some fresh play-dough or use what you have on hand!
2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of salt
1 cup of hot water (up to 1/2 cup more)
2 tablespoon of oil
2 tablespoons of cream of tartar
Green food coloring
If you're making your own dough, combine the wet ingredients and dry ingredients in two separate bowls. Now combine the wet with dry ingredients and mix well. Be sure to let it cool before you play!
